“I came to Wolters Kluwer with 15 years industry experience. I joined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services through the acquisition of FRS Global in 2010. At that time I had already been working for 4 years at FRS Global. The priorities for my role include delivering the revenue numbers of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in EMEA as well as listen and respond to the needs of my customers who are both internal customers (the members of my sales team and other employees) and external customers (financial institutions across EMEA).

My daily job has 2 important aspects, an inside one which is about helping my sales team across EMEA in their tactical and strategic initiatives in order to become successful in their respective countries in EMEA. This is all about human interaction, coaching, understanding, and knowledge. The other is about our customers and how to make them successful. With a large, existing client base in EMEA, customer satisfaction is the basis of our organic growth. This is all about selling our vision and solution in order to maximize the business potential.

The geography I’m responsible for, EMEA, is very large and diverse. Therefore one of the challenges is to be able to understand and respond to local needs through a global framework. The cultural diversity even within EMEA is an important but exciting aspect which gives another dimension to my role.
