The focus of my role in Service Operations is on employee engagement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience in all of our service offices. It is also important to engage our employees so that they feel empowered to make the best choices in all situations for our customers and Wolters Kluwer.

As a Director of Operations, I am in charge of service and fulfillment of orders. I love my job because it is so diverse. One day I can spend with clients hearing first-hand how we are doing and the next I spend with my teams in the office(s) being a part of the order fulfillment process.

I most enjoy spending time with our teams because they are truly passionate about our customers. When they see we can do something better, they are so animated in sharing their ideas and solutions. One of the unique challenges and opportunities for us at Wolters Kluwer is the diverse business types. There are many similarities yet many differences that allow us to learn from each other. I spend the majority of my time engaging our teams, learning, listening and clearing any road blocks so they can be successful.
