You will leverage your knowledge of the industry to expertly address customer’s business needs with Wolters Kluwer products, tools, and solutions. “I have beeen working for Wolters Kluwer for more than 3 years and in my current role for more than 3 months. I was introduced to CCH Small Firm Services organization by another employee. My primary areas of responsibility focuses on coaching our sales teams to drive growth in new sales to our existing customers and improve first year retention.

In addition to sales performance, I have the opportunity to help improve processes within our business unit to make our teams more efficient and successful. I have the exciting opportunity to work daily with our sales teams, product management, finance, and senior leaders to ensure we are meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers while growing our business. My primary responsibility, and therefore the bulk of my time, is focused on sales efforts of our teams.
