Recruitment fraud alert

Recruitment / hiring fraud is becoming increasingly sophisticated. Scammers may use AI-generated content and convincing fake websites and email addresses, sometimes closely mimicking legitimate corporate domains, to post jobs that don't exist or offer fake opportunities to job seekers. They may request personal information, payments, or sensitive data, posing as real recruiters or hiring managers. Wolters Kluwer is committed to a secure recruiting and hiring process.

Protect yourself by looking out for signs of fraud:

  • Apply only through our secure Wolters Kluwer Workday recruiting hub, which has each job posting listed on our careers page
  • Our recruiters will never ask for banking information, request any money (whether it's an application fee, or payment for equipment, visa fees, taxes, background checks, training, or travel expenses), or offer payments to buy your office equipment
  • Wolters Kluwer does not send communications or offer letters from free email services such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail. Our emails will only come from the wolterskluwer.com email domain. Verify the sender’s email address and be cautious of emails from domains that look similar to ours. Ensure the domain is spelled exactly wolterskluwer.com
  • Be wary of AI-generated messages, voice calls, or video interviews that impersonate Wolters Kluwer employees - if something feels off, verify directly through our official careers page or contact us
  • Legitimate Wolters Kluwer interviews are conducted through recognized platforms and will never require you to download unfamiliar software or pay for access

Please report suspected recruiting fraud to us at [email protected] with the subject line “Recruitment Fraud” for investigation. You may also want to report the account on the site or platform through which you were targeted. If you have already made a payment, please contact your financial institution and local authorities.
