Recruitment/Hiring fraud can take different forms but often looks like scammers posting jobs that don’t exist or offers of fake job opportunities to job seekers. They may request personal information and payments, posing as legitimate companies. Wolters Kluwer is committed to a secure recruiting and hiring process.
Protect yourself by looking out for signs of fraud:
- Apply only through our secure Wolters Kluwer Workday recruiting hub, which has each job posting listed on our Careers page
- Our recruiters will never ask for banking information or request any money (whether it’s an application fee, or payment for equipment, visa fees, taxes, background checks, training, or travel expenses)
- We also do not ask for refundable security deposits to be paid in bank accounts or offer payments for purchase of office equipment
- Wolters Kluwer does not send communications or offer letters from Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, or other public email accounts
Please report suspected fraud to us at [email protected] for investigation. You may also want to report the account on the site or platform through which you were targeted. If you have already made a payment, please contact your local authorities.
