This Notice is in addition to the general Privacy & Cookie Notice, which applies when you visit our websites, solutions and other services, including events. This Wolters Kluwer Career Privacy & Cookie Notice does not apply to individuals once they accepted a job offer and are engaged as permanent or temporary employees, workers, or contractors – personal information of such individuals shall instead be governed by our employee privacy notices, as applicable.

    Wolters Kluwer is a global organization consisting of many companies worldwide. Any personal information provided to or collected by Wolters Kluwer is controlled by Wolters Kluwer N.V., P.O. Box 1030, 2400 BA, Alphen aan den Rijn, The Netherlands or its affiliate or subsidiary mentioned on a specific job description, as the case may be, and under certain circumstances jointly with one of its affiliates or subsidiaries. The associated processing of personal data takes place on the basis of a joint controller arrangement between Wolters Kluwer N.V. and its relevant affiliates and subsidiaries. Under this arrangement, Wolters Kluwer N.V. will at all times be available for data subjects to address any concerns or questions and / or allow them to exercise their rights under their local applicable data protection laws regarding their personal information.

  • WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT

  • FOR HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    Your personal information will be processed to the extent necessary for the performance of our obligations, to comply with legal obligations, and for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the information is collected, in accordance with our data retention policies and the applicable data protection laws. When we no longer need your personal information, we will take all reasonable steps to remove it from our systems and records or take steps to properly anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified from it.
